We would like to express our gratitude for all of the guidance that we received from Jim Jarrett during our house hunting experience. We were first time homebuyers, living out of town, emailing (what seemed to be) endless lists of houses to view, and making frequent trips to Pittsburgh with our three month old daughter determined to find a home. Lucky for us, Jim was patient with our approach and just as passionate about the hunt as we were.

Due to our living situation, when we made the drive to Pittsburgh Jim gave us his undivided attention and booked multiple listings for us to see (making the most of our time). He always made us feel like he worked for us; he answered our phone calls and emails promptly; he scheduled every available listing we suggested; he never questioned our decision to walk or offer on certain houses. And despite the daunting amount of paperwork that goes with making an offer, Jim made us feel prepared and confident during the process.

When we finally found our home, Jim continued to work diligently with the sellers and helped us close the deal within two days! Beyond the search, Jim helped us gather the necessary closing documents and even took the time to come to our home inspection. We couldn't be any happier with our purchase and the service that Jim provided.
